We will send you a brand new box upfront (box + box shipping $50), custom-made for Halos, containing a prepaid UPS shipping label to ship your Halo to us ($75) and also cover shipping back to you when we're finished ($75) — this is the safest and most economical mode of transit for your handpan. And shipping is fully insured* both ways ($100).
