What is your retune policy?

We will always be available to tune your Halo—either at our shop or at the occasional handpan gathering. The first tune up is free (you need to be the original buyer). Then, our retune fee is $150. Customers pay for shipping costs, both ways (if applicable). In a perfect world, having us check it once a year is best. We understand it’s a hassle to arrange these things but your Halo will thank you.
